Joe grew up in a church-going family, but it was not until May 8, 1988, during high school, that he made a profound decision to dedicate his life to Christ. This pivotal moment came to him as he recognized that eternal life is not attained merely through religious rituals, but through placing trust in Jesus. Joe and Caroline met in 2003 during an evangelistic outreach in one of the high schools and later got married in 2004. Having dedicated twenty-four years to pastoral ministry across three different churches, Joe has served in various capacities, from discipleship and small groups to visitation, missions, and leadership training. Additionally, Joe’s tenure as the Administrative Secretary of a missions organization broadened his experience in interdenominational missions, particularly in rural Kenya. Joe has also taught at different universities in Kenya.

Our journey in ministry has ingrained in us a firm belief that our calling extends beyond the confines of a local church. We are convinced that God has appointed us to play a pivotal role in nurturing and empowering leaders across denominational boundaries, especially church leaders with little access to theological training.
